Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for SayaOps subscriptions. It supplements our Terms of Service; where the two differ on refunds, this policy controls. SayaOps is a business subscription billed in USD. Plans are paid from day one — there is no free trial — but a guided live demo is available before you buy so you can evaluate fit with your own workflows and volume.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle: you keep full access until then and you are not charged again. Annual plans simply stop renewing at the end of the paid term — you can turn off auto-renewal at any time. There are no cancellation fees. After cancellation you have 30 days to export your data via Settings → Data export, after which it is permanently deleted.

Refunds

Because subscriptions are usage-based and paid in advance, fees already billed for the current period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, were charged after cancelling, or experienced a material service failure, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate and issue a refund or account credit where warranted. The 30-day uptime SLA credits described in the Terms of Service continue to apply. Mandatory statutory consumer-protection rights, where they apply to you, are always honoured.

How to request

Email sales@saya-io.com (billing) or legal@saya-io.com from the address on your account, and include your workspace name, the charge in question, and a short description of the issue. We review every request within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.

Disputes & chargebacks

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider, which acts as merchant of record for your purchase. If anything looks wrong on your statement, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a formal dispute. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of the account while the dispute is investigated.
