Acceptance
By creating a SayaOps account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, admins, and API integrations. SayaOps reserves the right to update these terms with 30 days notice by email or in-app notification; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Services
SayaOps provides an AI-assisted accounts payable automation platform: invoice capture (email, upload, API), AI field extraction with confidence scoring, policy-based approval routing, human-in-the-loop approval workflows, and a tamper-evident audit trail. The service is provided on a subscription basis as described on the Pricing page. SayaOps may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We target 99.9% monthly uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance) and publish live status at ops.saya-io.com/status.
Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise SayaOps to charge the card on file at each renewal. Prices are listed in USD. Upgrades take effect and are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Overage charges ($0.25/run on Starter, $0.10/run on Growth) are invoiced at the end of each billing period. Subscriptions do not include a free trial — all plans are paid from day one. There are no refunds for partial months except where required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension after a 7-day grace period.
Intellectual property
SayaOps retains all rights to the platform, AI models, software, and documentation. You retain all rights to your data (invoices, workflows, agent configurations, audit logs). By using the service, you grant SayaOps a limited licence to process your data solely to deliver the service. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the platform. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the service without compensation. The SayaOps name and logo are trademarks of SayaOps, Inc.
Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. You can cancel via Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. SayaOps may terminate immediately for material breach (fraud, abuse, non-payment after the grace period). Upon cancellation you have 30 days to export your data via Settings → Data export; after 30 days all data is permanently deleted. SayaOps may suspend your account immediately if required by law or to prevent harm to other users.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SayaOps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or financial losses arising from erroneous AI extractions, misconfigured approval policies, or missed payment deadlines. SayaOps's total aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. The service is provided "as is" without warranty that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. These limitations do not apply to liability for gross negligence or fraud.
